After our 10 minutes of independent reading, we worked on wrapping up our mini-lesson study of Julius Caesar. 1st Period needed to finish the fourth skit and the final two speeches, while 3rd and 4th Periods needed to complete the in-class writing assignment analyzing their group's speech. Next, we held our seminar discussion to learn about and understand the Igbo culture of our next novel, Things Fall Apart (Achebe).
Homework: Finish Paint Chip Synonyms, study vocabulary for Friday's quiz.
